"speak.dll" can be used by Windows applications to convert text to speech.

I especially want to note, that versions "2024-12-28 v4" and later of speak.dll fix the problem, that not all installed Windows voices were being found. It now finds them all!

The zip file includes source code, documentation, and examples of how speak.dll can be used by TSE macros.
