This file's Unicode name is spelled with COMPOSITE characters for "e acute",
meaning each "e acute" character is one Unicode character.

This is the default Microsoft way.

You can manually check if a filename contains a decomposed character by
in Windows File Explorer starting to rename the file and use the <BackSpace>
key to delete the name's characters one by one, and by pressing the <Escape>
key to abort the renaming. Backspacing a composed character first deletes the
accent, for example "e acute" becomes "e".

Note that in all English speaking countries the official spelling of the
word "resume" is with acute accents on the letters "e".

In this text this is not done, because this text needs to be readable across
all TSE configurations, and not all TSEs use the same character set and codes.
